    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi we have IPView CallManagement with scheduled reports for certain times of the day which are output to Email, format: Acrobat Reader and the email address is set in the To: field. This was working fine and then about two weeks ago the emails stopped being sent through. I have checked the email account and there are no problems, they're not full or anything like that. And when I run the report it gets sent through fine, just for some reason it has stopped sending the emails through automatically at the scheduled report times. I am currently running the reports every hour manually which is very tedious.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can somebody please help me with this??&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Also, although it's called ipView CallManagement it does say ipView CallAccountant in the help files...&lt;/P&gt;</description>
