Caller line ID - how can I make it show, please?

Hi all,

When I call some one using my landline, they see my incoming call as either 'caller unknown' or 'unidenified caller'.

What do I need to do so that they can see my number (and know it's me calling), please?

Hi Guynicholls,

I have spoken to a colleague in out telephony support team. What the issue could be is that when you ordered the phoneline you have subscribed to have your number pernamenty witheld.

If you give our telephony helpdesk a call on 0800 800 154 they will be able to check your account to see if you do have this on the line, and they can get it removed so that you are not witholding the number when you call people.
