BT Versatility - one line not following ring group rule

Hi,

Wondering if anyone can help. We have 6 ISDN lines all programmed to the same ring group however recently any calls that connect on line 3 seem to bypass the ring group and ring a phone not in the ring group. This is only happening when the connection is through line 3. Any ideas on what may be the issue?

I would recommend you speak to our Versatility helpdesk, you can contact them on 0870 2408377 they will be able to point you in the right direction.

Thanks Markp, although I believe you have to have a maintenance contract with them in order for them to advise.
