    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;ZYR574SM&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;Posting this in the likely vain hope it will prompt real action on BT's part.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;We've been waiting 2 months and 4 pointless BT visits later still no phone line. BT and BT OpenReach seem to be in a complete state of disorganisation and cannot communicate effectively either internally or with their customers.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;Today our line installation was refused by a hoist driver after a site surveyor had given the go ahead to install. Unbelievable back street business style attitudes on the ground combined with Indian call centres who have zero understanding of what is going on here in the UK combine to result in EXTREMELY frustrating experiences for customers such as us!&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
