    <description>&lt;P&gt;hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;One of our clients ordered "BT phone line and broadband" about 6 month ago.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;however, the installation hasn't been done at all, yet.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;They sorted out wayleave issue a good 3 month ago.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But, still no sign of installation.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;On top of it, e&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;verytime, they made an inquiry to BT, customer service just transfered around their call, and eventually, the line was cut-off.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;It would be great if somebody could tell us what the best way to sort out this problem is ?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;It's really a nightmare for the business.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;(Their shop is right next to Selfridges in bond street in London.)&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;thanks.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
