Early Termination Charges

This is bonkers!

We have been a BT customer for years with an office in Aberdeen. Signed up for a 3/5 year deal a few years ago. When we come to move premises within Aberdeen, we needed exactly the same services at a new office. We were offered a deal with BT Local Business to do this and we moved premises. We then get stung for a bill of over £1,800 for early termination charges from the old site. I explained to BT at the time that this was simply a service move - same number of lines and same services needed at the new premises. We even renewed our multi year deal.

I can't help thinking I got stitched up by the local BT Business sales dude who saw a great holiday on his way at my expense. I'm hoping BT bother their arses to respond to this as I'm getting no joy from anywhere else at all 😞

Anyone got any suggestions?
