    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have the BT avaya phone system which bt supplied and instaled.&amp;nbsp; I have a message that says 'waiting for a line'&amp;nbsp; I have only one line and bt tell me that although i am a business customer it make take up until tomorrow morning for someone to contact me regarding what i do.&amp;nbsp; Can someone please just tell met what i do to get rid of this message as i need to run my buniness not mess about for bt reply&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
