Divert with BT Quantum

We had a BT Versalitity system where you could divert calls to an extension using 732 {number} #.

The instructions are the same for BT Quantum but it doesn't work. You get the broken dial tone when you enter the code but it doesn't divert.

Any ideas?

I've spoken to a BT Quantum "expert". He told me that it doesn't work from a regular phone, I have to use the 8568 phone (BTW it doesn't work from that phone either).

It says I can use a regular phone in the manual, and it certainly worked from a regular phone with BT Versatility.

Does anyone at BT know anything about the BT Quantum system?

Discovered that call diverts are initially disabled so followed instructions to enable all calls. This has been reflected in the web interface.

However, still doesn't work.
