    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi I have recently moved over from TalkTalk business to BT business and find that a system that we have on our PC for monitoring calls does not show the incoming number as it did when we were with Talk Talk.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Caller display is enabled and shows on our phones OK but not on the PC.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have spoken to BT but they indicate that their is nothing they can do because they do not suport the PC software which we are using.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I believe that there are different protocols for caller ID and BT use there own.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does anyone know which protocol Talk Talk use and which protocol BT use, is there any way that I can convert BT caller ID to the Talk Talk protocol.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have spoken to BT and Openreach and I am getting nowhere.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Wiill I have to move back to Talk Talk to remedy this problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks in advance for any information.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
