Hi I have recently moved over from TalkTalk business to BT business and find that a system that we have on our PC for monitoring calls does not show the incoming number as it did when we were with Talk Talk.

Caller display is enabled and shows on our phones OK but not on the PC.

I have spoken to BT but they indicate that their is nothing they can do because they do not suport the PC software which we are using.

I believe that there are different protocols for caller ID and BT use there own.

Does anyone know which protocol Talk Talk use and which protocol BT use, is there any way that I can convert BT caller ID to the Talk Talk protocol.

I have spoken to BT and Openreach and I am getting nowhere.

Wiill I have to move back to Talk Talk to remedy this problem.
