My business broadband is paid for by the company I work for, if my company were to stop paying for business broadband can I keep my @btconnect.com email address using a BT or another residential broadband service?

When or if your company cancel your Broadband ask for the account to be downgraded to a Pay As You Go account and you will still have access to your BT Connect email address.

As long as no other services are left on the account this will then be free of charge.

One more thing don't forget to use your email at least once every 90 days or the account will be cancelled.

How do i keep my bt email addresses when moving to a new ISP ?
