Retrieving deleted emails,help!

I have recently cleared my deleted items folder and now need to find information that was on one of the emails is there anyway that this can be done as I use Outlook but cannot seem to find the answer within its Help section,

go to tools then look for "recover deleted items"

if its not there your boned.

For solving this unpleasant complicated situation you may use outlook 2003 pst repair. It has all necessary features for working out like troubles. The program can work with invalid pst files bigger than 2 gb. It starts under all Windows OS and software configurations.

In order to retrieve deleted mails in Outlook, it is better to go for PST Repair Tool that efficiently repair as well as recovert the data items in an easy and efficient way.

Hi,

Before you try any paid for software you should always try the scanpst.exe file that comes with Outlook first.

This one is actually possible. I tried it once with Outlook 2003 before. I'm 100% sure this is possible.
