    <description>Our auto attendant message gives an option of 6 for sales, 7 for service etc, we want to reconfigure to 1 for sales , 2 for service etc, looking through the manual&amp;nbsp;digit 1 should transfer calls to group 20 but this does not work, also we need a night message to let callers leave a message or chose&amp;nbsp;option 1 which diverts to an on call engineers mobile, this mobile number needs to change on a weekly basis, any ideas ?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;</description>
