Hi pusaqall,

I am sorry only the telephone helpdesk is 24/7, the business live chat is only open 08:00 - 17:30 Monday to Friday.

Unfortunately none of these pages answer my question - I can only access my email account on Outlook 365 by going through the BT migration page - if I try to log in directly through the Outlook 365 page it tells me that "that windows live ID doesn't exist" when it clearly does, because I can log in via BT
