Unable to set up email under second domain

I have recently transferred a .com domain to BT and that domain is now forwarded to my .co.uk hosted site. However, I also wanted to set up a .com email address either as an alias for a @btconnect.com address or as a name@mywebsite.com address but it does not allow me to do either. I have both organise and share and email lite and the .com address would be set up as a email lite account. Why do I not have the option to choose whether to set it up as a .co.uk or a .com?

You should be able to create an alias by logging into the primary user for this account. Please see the FAQ How do I add an email alias? The link should open in a new window.
