Since our btconnect migration to the new server on Tuesday we are unable to recieve emails through the company Blackberry's. We are recieving emails through Outlook and can send emails from the Blackberry's (Vodafone) but both BT and Vodafone are unable to resolve the issue.

Anyone else have an issue with this? Getting rather desperate now as Vodafone and BT are blaming each other!!

There is a issue with receiving emails on Blackberry via office 365. You will have to recreate the account using the instuctions found in the link below

http://business.forums.bt.com/t5/Email/e-mail-upgrade-microsoft-365/td-p/33731

I spent ages trying this. Eventually found that you must mis-spell the domain name, e.g. myname@bXconnect.com
