Blocked attachments: Invitation.msrcincident.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class="infobarMessageItem"&gt;I am trying to assist my parents remotely using Windows Remote Assistance.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class="infobarMessageItem"&gt;I am receiving the emial but the required attachedment is being blocked.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class="infobarMessageItem"&gt;This is only happening since I have be upgraded to use BT Business Email Microsoft&lt;IMG alt="®" src="http://epidm.edgesuite.net/BTEM/1011/2236033_BT_MS_Office_365_Red_Q2_11_Email/images/reg.gif" height="11" width="7" border="0" /&gt; Office 365.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class="infobarMessageItem"&gt;Please provide a solution&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I think this only blocked at the email client. Try sending this email using webmail, attach the file there and check if you can send with no problem.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
