I am not sure if your can import PST files from Windows Live Mail to Office 365. It should be possible since they are both from Microsoft.

Try to call BT tech support and have them walk you through with the steps.

Hi. Have managed to set up newly upgraded Office 365 with BT Connect on all devices and the only thing I can't seem to get is visibility of all my folders within Windows Live on my iPad and/or Android. Back in January when I had to stop using my BT Connect account because of all the issues, BT assured me these would all go away when the move to the MS platform happened....however the folder issue is still there. Anyone know how I can get visibility of these Windows Live folders on these devices? Thanks
