Hi , I recently switched out to Office 365, is it possible to switch back to my old bt account settings as although it seems to work fine on my home PC it will not work on my iphone and this is causing me some problems to say the least !

I have tried all the setup procedures shown throughout the various threads and still it will not work , so is it possible to go back as it worked just fine before

Hi Andy, try to double check the SMTP server and set it in your iphone. It should be working after configuring it.
