I don't think it is possible if you only have 2 single services being purchased. There is a package deal available for both.

Hello

Is it possible to connect to Office 365's exchange sever with BT's email only offering?

As using IMAP or POP has issues with the way Outlook stores the PST files in the local app data folder rather than using the roaming app data when using roaming profiles.
