BT has just upgraded my Business email. All OK on home computer-BUT my Samsung Galaxy -will not accept my new email account settings. I was advised to delete the old account and re set up my email. BT gave me the incoming and out going settings-but all I get is user name and password 'not recognised' . I have spent about 2 hours on phone to BT and vodafone-my phone provider. Any one know what I am doing wrong?

Norfolk

Is that the only option? Who advised you to delete the old account to set up the new one?
