Although I do receive the emails sent to my alias address on my blackberry, I am unable to set up my alias as an additional email and when I reply to an email sent to my alias, it shows the btconnect email address which completely defeats the purpose of the alias.</DIV></DIV><DIV>I've trying contacting BT numerous times by phone, online chat etc.. and never got anywhere, other than being told that BT does not support blackberry which is very unfortunate.&nbsp;</DIV><DIV>From reading the posts online, it seems that my situation is not unique. Has anyone found a solution?
