      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a 3rd party domain hosted with an "external" host, I contacted BT earlier to set up mail relay as noted in the support section which I was told was successful.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I configured Outlook 2007 using the instructions here:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A target="_blank" href="http://btbusiness.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/8793/c/1995,2003,2044"&gt;http://btbusiness.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/8793/c/1995,2003,2044&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Unsuccessfully, I had various error messages.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've set up the mail account on a machine at home, (Virgin ISP), using the 3rd party hosts settings and all works fine. The issue is definitely with Bt's pop and smtp settings.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Has anyone else had any similar issues, &amp;nbsp;I waited for an hour on Online Chat and gave up, although it stated the waiting time was 7 minutes and I was first in the queue - I tried phoning but was on hold for ages and gave up.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If anyone can post POP and SMTP settings, particularly port numbers (perhaps authentication details) I'd appreciate it. I've tried a lot of the variances I've found within the help sections, but to no avail.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;(I'm looking for POP details only IMAP isn't necessary)&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;As I mentioned earlier, it's a BT Business Email Lite package, using 3rd party domain hosted elsewhere.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Many thanks in advance for any assistance!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;chuggiebear&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
