    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello I am also having big problems with bt&amp;nbsp;and since the migration they have managed to loose two years work and I am sick of people saying sorry.       <title>Problems with Microsoft 365 for small businesses.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was migrated over to the lite 365 and emails worked.&amp;nbsp; I asked then asked for the full Microsoft 365 for small businesses and this is when the fun started.&amp;nbsp; BT had problems with setting it up, still waiting for them to come back with answers.&amp;nbsp; Friday I could receive my emails through Outlook 2010 and today I cannot.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Would anyone have a work around I might try.&amp;nbsp; My business is heavily reliant on email.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; I cannot get in through BT&amp;nbsp;My Office.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm worried about being in the same boat, which is why I've been trying to find out as much as possible before our upgrade, so I can switch to another provider if necessary. &amp;nbsp;However I've also been promised return phone calls that have never materialised, and can't seem to get a definitive set of answers to my questions. &amp;nbsp;I would have thought that some of these are quite basic - can we have mixed 'standard' and 'lite' Office 365 accounts on the same domain (took ages to find out that we could), how many aliases can we use for each account (there are no aliases under Office 365), and how can a BlackBerry be set up for IMAP access to email (still waiting for an answer to that one).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Plus, the I am finding the automatic voice recognition on the support phone line very annoying - I say "office 365 upgrade" or "email upgrade" and it puts me through to billing... I've lost count of the number of times I get put through to the wrong department too - very frustrating. &amp;nbsp;Bring back the numbered list of options BT!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;These forums need more input from BT personnel - one correctly answered question on here may save quite a few people having to call the help desk.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Its starting to get really annoying now.&amp;nbsp; I am in the process of losing clients as they use exchange and want me to use exchange so that we can share calendars etc.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If I knew it was going to be so difficult getting Office 365 for small businesses&amp;nbsp;from BT I would have gone to Microsoft direct.&amp;nbsp; The problem is that the BT phone system does not put you through to the right department.&amp;nbsp; You're on hold for an age and still cannot get a straight answer.&amp;nbsp; Its a pity that BT do not care about their customers.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;All I wanted was Office 365 for small businesses.&amp;nbsp; One minute I am told its a licencing issue, then its a program issue, then its we don't know what the problem is, last time its been escalated to Microsoft.&amp;nbsp; This has now being going on for nearly 4 weeks.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;BT are the biggest bunch of jokers out.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; If I gave my clients the customer care that BT does, I would be out of businesss, as it is I am losing business because of them.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;They were able to migrate me over from bt.connect to the office lite email without any problems and without any notice.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;BT buck your ideas up and get things sorted in a timely and professional manner!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;From this I would have to say that your answer to the problem with the computer is that it is riddled with malware.&amp;nbsp; I might be wrong, but I've fixed various computers in my time, and that sounds like a classic case of infection.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;This also creates the distinct possibility that any remote sessions you try will fail.&amp;nbsp; You also have to consider the possibility of having to back up your data, scan it all on a separate computer, format the machine you took it off of and then re-install everything.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I would also, however, advise having it checked by someone in the know first before doing any of this.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello Dave&amp;nbsp;thanks for the reply but you are wrong there is no infections at all on the PC it has been checked by&amp;nbsp;the company thats looks after our web site .And just to add since&amp;nbsp;my last email had another three screen shares and over the weekend failed to send two A4 documents with 50 lines of script tried three times after an hour being left to send stopped with the error&amp;nbsp;message lost connection.Today is Monday 30&amp;nbsp;July and another call from BT wanting to go onto a screen share,not happening.today&amp;nbsp;went to check for mail but nothing happened after a few minutes error message lost connection.This has effected our business and to add the email that failed to send I drove the 15 miles to deliver it what a joke.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Well Mr BT the 9th July and today the 30th and still having problems apart from loosing so much work by a BT&amp;nbsp;personel&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;not happy and I know believe legal action is the only way forward&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;Regards Graham&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
