    <description>&lt;P&gt;Correct and working with the following settings&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Incoming&amp;nbsp; Settings&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;pop.outlook.com&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;port 995&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;SSL applied/ticked&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Outgoing Settings&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;smtp.outlook.com&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;port 587&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;SMTP authentication applied/ticked&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Authentication- password&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;All now working like a charm&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've set up Windows Live Mail with multiple accounts. All work with the exception of my btconnect account which will send mail but will not receive mail from the server.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Some additional details ... sync with server works without any error messages. Outgoing mail gets sent but incoming mail remains on the server copy only.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Config for btconnect on my WLM - running Windows 7&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Incoming mail&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Server type : POP3&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Incoming server : pop3.btconnect.com&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Port : 110&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;SSL : unticked&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Email User name : 'userid' (not qualified with &lt;EM&gt;@btconnect.comi)&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Password : *********&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Remember password : ticked&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Logon using clear text authentication : ticked&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Outgoing mail&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Outgoing server : mail.btconnect.com&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Port : 25&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;SSL : unticked&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Outgoing mail requires authentication : ticked&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Use same authetication as Incoming Mail : ticked&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried deleting and readding the account but no joy. Any ideas?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have also tried connecting BT to my Windows Live Mail, but also has this type of problem. MS Outlook works, but not WLM. What's wrong?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
