topic iphone 4S email settings in Archive

Hi hope someone can help just moved from Android to iphone, on android had no problems. Originally transferred same settings accepted incoming but would not send. Using mail.btconnect.com, tried settings as on bt help page ie smtp.btconnect.com. In first instance get email rejected by server. Either bt email or business email linked to bt email. In latter case just continuousls tries to send but does not send. Ideally like my emails to be shown coming from business email. Any advice?

BT should be the one to do the adjustments, right? I was able to transfer mine by contacting BT a month ago.
