Since the upgrade to MS365 i have had problems with outlook2000 and was told it is no longer supported (which is fair enough to a degree) so i switched to Outlook Express. But now can no longer send email without using a web browser. I went online with the BT chat support and the operative went though the settings, turned off the antivirus etc etc. and eventually told me it's a problem with the installation of O Express or some interference of some sort from from something else on my PC. She suggested i phoned the BT IT support line for which i would be charged.

NOT GOOD ENOUGH BT. I am not IT savvy and shouldn't have to pay to correct something after an upgrade that is supposed to improve my email "experience".

Any suggestions?

Richard
