Printing an Email

Hi,

Whenever I go to print an email in the Outllok Web App, everything prints out ok, however it prints out everything including on the left side of the screen, all my folder names etc.

Is there not a function just to print out only the email and not everything on the screen. This is a real pain, as its a business email and we dont want other clients names being filed on other clients records.

Simply why isn't there a separate print function where we see

Reply / Reply All / Forward / Move / Delete / Junk / Close

Any help would be good or a very important update should be added.

I don't get it. Mine works just fine. Can you provide an image result of your print outs?

I've been speaking with a guy from BT and it was discovered I was using the Lite version rather than the full version.

He switch it over and everything now works as intended.

Hi RocketmanGav

It sound like you are seeing the lite view of your mailbox through our website. If you click on options then go to accesability, there is an option for lite view. If you untick this then log out, and log back in the view will change.

In the main view you will be able to open the mail and see a printer symbol which will allow you to see a print view before printing
