upgrade to btconnect

I've had an email about an upgrade to my account.

I cant send or receive emails now through my outlook program.

is the email legit and how to sort out my outlook problems?

It might be legitimate ... but it might not.

Can you post the content of the email and also the link to the download.

I believe it is legitimate - but if you are still unsure call the helpdesk.

I got in touch with the helpdesk and the issue's been resolved by one of the enginneers remotely.

How did you manage to connect to the helpdesk? Is it in real-time or you just sent a support ticket?
