&lt;P&gt;This is known issue with Internet Explorer 9 and BT Business webmail.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;What you need to is turn on Compatibility View for our website, or use another browser.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;When i try to open up my btconnect account on my new laptop i can log in but then the page that opens had a white bat across the centre saying 'loading' no matter how long i leave it it doesnt load. the side and top bar (where your click to show inbox or sent messages ect) shows but do nothing when i click on them&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>That is right. Use the latest version of Mozilla Firefox which works perfectly with it.</description>
