      <title>Office 365 and outlook 2010</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Please can someone help ...I have just had a new computer installed and have had Outlook 2010 as my e mail programme ( my last outlook worked fine ) .I cant seem to receive emails on this programme unless its on my virgin email account which work fine .I have been on the net and found all the setting to configure manually and tried all of them ...When i press test settings it come up as everything is ok but no emails in the inbox ...I have tried all different boxes to receive and no good .When i log into my web account all the e mails are there including my test emails .Any body know of an answer ...Im not a computer novice but this has got me beat ....I have had an upgrade message from bt and as far as i know i have been upgraded ( looking at other comments on the forum im fearing the worse )&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
