    <description>&lt;P&gt;For some unknown reason today I have been experiencing problems with at least one of my business email addresses, this is the error message.&amp;nbsp; It is the same for three email addresses &lt;A target="_blank" href="mailto:info@swingletreephotos.co.uk"&gt;info@swingletreephotos.co.uk&lt;/A&gt;, &lt;A target="_blank" href="mailto:postmaster@swingletreephotos.co.uk"&gt;postmaster@swingletreephotos.co.uk&lt;/A&gt;, and &lt;A target="_blank" href="mailto:sales@swingletreephotos.co.uk"&gt;sales@swingletreephotos.co.uk&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Task &lt;A target="_blank" href="mailto:'sales@swingletreephotos.co.uk"&gt;'sales@swingletreephotos.co.uk&lt;/A&gt; - Receiving' reported error (0x8004210A) : 'The operation timed out waiting for a response from the receiving (POP) server. If you continue to receive this message, contact your server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP).'&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This was working yesterday and I have not received any email saying that they are about to migrate this account over to Microsoft 365 lite.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can anyone shed any light on why I would be having such problems.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Cathy&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Cathy,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've had a look, you haven't been migrated, I take it your settings haven't changed?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Are there any email scanners on the PC that maybe interfering?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Steve&lt;/P&gt;</description>
