Storage space

I am currently using Outlook Office 365 and have only 475MB of storage space. Is there any way I can increase the storage or upgrade but at the same time keep my btconnect.com email address which I've had for the best part of 20 years.

Hi,

Well it's now 500 MB per email account, but no you can't change that.

You could buy an Office 365 license for the account and then you would have 25 GB. And yes that's GB. 🙂

I'm afraid BT can't add an Office 365 premium licence to a @btconnect.com email address. This can only be added to email accounts that have a domain hosted with BT.

As long as you are using an email address that is your domain name you can upgrade to office 365 premium
