trouble after pc rebuild with office 2010

I am trying to add my bt account.
I have logged onto my bt account on line and can see my emails however when I add an account in Outlook 2010 I do not know what my Logon Information User Name is.

I have tried umpteen ways of doing this as I have a btconnect email address and an alias.

Can anyone help as I have looked at Manage services and cannot see where my User Name is stored

Hi there,

The username is the full btconnect.com address if you are still on the old email platform. Or usually the alias if on the new mail platform, when you login to http://myoffice.bt.com and click your email does this go to:

http://email.btconnect.com - old platform

http://login.microsoftonline.com
