Hi Sander,

This should not really occur, is the email address a lite account? Either way it shouldn't lose any information.

Have you logged into http://login.microsoftonline.com and checked that the folders are not minimised under the inbox as sub folders?

Thanks,

Steve

Hi all,

BT have upgraded my mother in law's btconnect email to the Office 365 platform. She has received confirmation that the migration has successfully completed but all of her mail folders are missing when she logs in. Has anyone else experienced this and is there a solution? Thanks in anticipation, Rob

I got around the problem by configuring the new mail server in Mac mail, so the mother in law has her old mail folders and new mail is dropping in to mac mail too.
