mail.btconnect.com 550 not permitted

Hi,

Our outgoing emails are not permitted sending through BT's outgoing servers.

could someone please add our domain of the-alchemists.com to allow to relay through your servers.

This can be done pretty quickly, please call teh tech desk on 0845 600 7020 with your account details and they will be able to add this for you, they need to confirm security and validate the account before this is added.

Thanks for the reply.
I've tried contacting them, but because the Whois
Record shows our old business address they won't setup the relay!

Hi Steve,

If the company name matches or any other details match they will be able to add this over the phone.

Alternatively, if you can fax the request on company headed paper to 01382201594 asking for the domain to be added to a certain account (provide the WM account number and security answer).

If you do not have company headed paper you could fax in the bill for the domain with the above details or the domain certificate, any proff of ownership would be fine as long as you include the account number and security answer.

You could also contact your host and update the whois details and we could add this over the phone.
