    <description>&lt;P&gt;Since the 365 email upgrade I have been unable to send e-mails from my Sony Erricson Xperion Ray, and I also have to choose refresh for the e-mails to be updated.&amp;nbsp; It was working fine before.&amp;nbsp; I have spoken to a BT advisor on the phone and followed the instructions on the BT website.&amp;nbsp; The instructions I followed are as below:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Type of account: POP3&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;POP3 Server - POP.outlook.com&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Incoming Port - 995&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Security type - SSL&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Delete email from server once deleted from inbox&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;SMTP Server - SMTP.outlook.com&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Port 587&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Security TLS&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please can someone advise me on what I need to do to be able to resolve these problems.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks, Sue&lt;/P&gt;</description>
