We switched our business over to BT Business Total Broadband last week but having spent 4 days trying to send emails and 9 calls to BT I am at the end of my tether!

Does anyone use a Small business Server to route their outgoing emails when they have a domain name registered with the likes of Fasthosts?

My incoming mail is perfect but we can't send emails. The domain has been verified by BT and mail delay applied our smtp.btconnect.com and mail.btconnect.com settings have both been applied as suggested.

Any other suggestions as this is affecting our business.

Thank you

Regards

Angela
