    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've just been upgraded ot Office 365. My PC is working fine (Exchange) but my Android phone will only receive email. I've got&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;SMTP Server: smtp.outlook.com&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Username: gxxxxxxx@btconnect.com&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;P/W: xxxxxxxxx&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Port: 587&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Use Secure Connection: ticked&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Use Secure Password (TLS): set to Always&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Authentication: set to auto&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Verify Certificate: tried both ticked and unticked&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any suggestions of things to try?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Graham&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;try setting&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Authentication to Password&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;and can you try sending when connected to the BT wifi please&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;as we can only guarantee sending when connected via BT&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This is because each ISP has different spam settings and will block unauthorised email addresses from sending&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
