      <description>&lt;P&gt;You, BT have transferred my e-mail to Microsoft Office 365.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As a result, I am not receiving some of the e-mail sent to me from my own web domain.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What are you doing to sort this out?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I am sorry to see you are having problems with email.&amp;nbsp; Have you contacted the helpdesk to report your missing mai?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If not, you can go to &lt;A href="https://btbusiness.custhelp.com/app/contact/cj_cat/3789,3774" target="_self"&gt;contact us&lt;/A&gt; to report this missing mail.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;For the helpdesk to look into missing mail problems, they will need 3 examples of genuine mail that has been sent but not received.&amp;nbsp; The mail needs to be between 24-72hrs old and they will need the following information.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;From ADDRESS:-&lt;BR /&gt;To ADDRESS:- &lt;BR /&gt;SUBJECT :- &lt;BR /&gt;DATE :- &lt;BR /&gt;TIME :- &lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;That's really odd - I can see a reason why all email from a domain would be blocked, but it doesn't make much sense that only some messages are being delivered. Is there anything in common between the messages that are being blocked as compared to the ones that are being received? For example HTML as opposed to plain text?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Adrian&lt;/P&gt;</description>
