    <description>&lt;P&gt;Can anyone assist please? We use btconnect.com via outlook express with old 2002 Windows XP. Me personally am responible for all emails enquirys from website/suppliers etc. &amp;nbsp;I will be going on paternity leave shortly &amp;amp; I wish to divert temporarily while I'm not in the office to a colleague. &amp;nbsp;Is there a facility I can use ? or can anymore advise what I need to do??       <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Two options:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. If somebody else is going to be using your PC at work, then &lt;A target="_blank" href="http://btbusiness.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/c/2888,2902,2913/a_id/219/kw/message%20rules"&gt;set up an email rule&lt;/A&gt; in Outlook Express - this won't work if the PC isn't being used. The advantage of this is that the messages will still be in your inbox when you get back.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. Set up &lt;A target="_blank" href="http://btbusiness.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/7164/c/2048,2053,3883,2073"&gt;email forwarding&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;on the BT MyOffice site.
