Setting Up Email for HTC Sensation XL (I have BT Organise & Share Plus)

Hi,

As the title states, I have a HTC Sensation XL. I wish to set up the email fucntion that I currently have with BT organise & share Plus. So far, everyone I have spoken to at BT has not been able to help.

I sincerely hope that someone reads this and will let me know the settings to proceed.

Hi,

If you have Organise and Share - and haven't been migrated to Office 365 - then mobile syncing is a bit tricky. If you are primarily after email, rather than Calendar then it would be easier to set it up as an IMAP connection. If you're after a full activesync experience (Calendar, Contacts, etc) then it's really hit and miss (mostly miss) as it if it works.

If you've been migrated, then it's an absolute breeze to set up, the only issue is that sometimes you have to enter the server settings manually.

Hi Adrian,

Thank you for your help. It has kind of worked regarding the emails but not the inbox folders. I suppose that will have to do until it is upgraded to 365.
