Hi,

I have recently upgraded to BT Organise & Share Plus. It is all synced with Outlook 201 and works fine. However, when I login to the BT Connect Email, it still shows the newset emails in the Inbox. Where as I might have moved them to the relevant folders in Outlook. I thought that they should be a mirror image of each other. Do I have to tweak the settings to make this so.

I hope someone can answer this question.

Thank you.

Hi,

In Outlook 2010 you will have to make sure that your folders are attached to the inbox. Outlook Web Access will only sync with what is showing on the inbox of the client.
