Outlook 2007 sending but not recieving e-mails from upgraded 365 account..

Help! - Upgraded today, can see all inbox on web version of outlook 365 but nothing coming through to outlook 2007 at all..

pop.outlook.com

and

smtp.outlook.com

995 and 587 respectively used as instructed and SSL and TLS on outgoing server but no joy..

The test connected and sent a test e-mail, but it has only arrived in my web outlook but not my office outlook. So settings and sending seems to be fine and test ok, but I am just not recieving the e-mails in office outlook on my pc...

..for anyone reading this, I sorted it incredibly quickly in the end with the online assistance from BT who were great, livechat option.. highly recommended..
