recover email account when not used for some time

Hi I have a bt broadband business line that i have had for over 6 years to log into my company network but i have never used the email function that came with the broad band account.

Now i would like to use this function to enable me to get bt wifi, openzone etc whilst i am out an about through a hot spot - my question is can i get the email reinstated or if not how can i get a new one linked to my broadband account ?

You will still have it.

Check the login name and passsword used for yor service and that will be the primary email - just use @btconnect.com

but my email was a @btconnect.com, so no joy there, any other ideas?

Here are a few step to recovering your email

go to http://www.myoffice.bt.com
on this site go to "My Services" > "Manage your products and services"
Sign in as the primary user
go to "EMAIL SUMMARY"
your account should be listed as inactive
click activate
