    <description>&lt;P&gt;My job require me to send an Excel file over to our collegue but I received this message&lt;/P&gt;&lt;PRE&gt;You attempted to send a message that contained an executable file.  Our company policy prohibits the sending of executable files via email.  The message was not delivered.&lt;/PRE&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;from IT@yourcompany.com&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there any advice on how to overcome this problem... at present I am not sure whether my counterpart do received my attached file or not..&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;more than likely this is a restriction placed by your IT department - &amp;nbsp;the best way to get around this is to WINZIP the file and put an encryption code on this - &amp;nbsp;then send your colleague the encrypted file and code so that he can open this once it has been downloaded&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
