    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi All,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After months of being bombarded by BT advising&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Important: We're upgrading your email account in a month&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;repeated several times since mid last year ... then recently this became&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Important: Please update your email settings soon&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;during this period carefully made sure all accounts correctly aliased, selected preferred names from BT Upgrade Centre all well in advance.. map domains accounts across.&amp;nbsp; 3 domains 2 with BT 1 external ... follow all the links on what to do updates etc fine, aliases fine,&amp;nbsp; no mention of needing to change MX records prior to upgrade ( how could you if the new service wasn't active), no emails about .invalid MX record to add to external domain.&amp;nbsp; No MX changes showing on the BT managed domains&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;then&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Service update: Your email account is changing next week&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Great I think&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; now today&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;BT Business Email service - notice of termination of contract&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;Reason given&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;"We've written to you previously to advise of changes that you must make to your domain MX records"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Of which I have never received any instructions so what needs changing?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; No welcome to new service messages at all&amp;nbsp;... upgrade centre still saying an old date this keeps on changing has kept changing for several months now.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Update from BT upgrade team :&amp;nbsp; they don't know what the MX records should be either??&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any suggestions anyone?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;please contact the &lt;A target="_self" href="https://btbusiness.custhelp.com/app/contact"&gt;livechat&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;- &amp;nbsp;we will be able to get you the full MX records, &amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;each has a generic CNAME record - autodiscover.outlook.com&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;you will then need to add a priority 10 record &amp;nbsp;which will be in the form of [domain].mail.eo.outlook.com&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;example&lt;/STRONG&gt; for the domain mikesbusiness.co.uk - mikesbusiness.co.uk.mail.eo.outlook.com&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;you will also need a unique priority 50 record - &amp;nbsp;you will need to chat with BT to get this, &amp;nbsp;live chat would be the easiest way to get this as we are mostly an e-mail desk&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;so to recap&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;3 records - 1 of which is a CNAME&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;cname - autodiscover.outlook.com&lt;BR /&gt;[domain].mail.eo.outlook.com - priority 10&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;unique record - priority 50&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;please make sure no record has a priority between 1-9&lt;/P&gt;</description>
