Bounce backs from one domain

Hi,

The SMTP server at BT is bouncing messages sent to any address @sussexyachtclub.org.uk

I have tested to both steve.vyse@sussexyachtclub.org.uk and secretary@sussexyachtclub.org.uk and both bounce - I have pasted one of the error messages below.

I can send to this domain through any other account I have access to. I am no expert at interpreting the bounce back small print but it does not appear to be a spam/blacklist issue. Can any body help?

No response, so can I ask if anybody can suggest where I can go to try and resolve this BT issue?

Hi,

I had a similar problem when i was migrated,

if you contact the live chat team using the contact us section they should be able to resolve this problem?, basically there is a rogue entry on bts database causing a delivery Conflict of your mail,

I have tried talking to them on Chat but they want to know our company secretary dogs' name. It's a standard security question I guess, but the secretary does not have nor has ever had a dog so we are something of a stalemate!
