    <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes I had this - it's really not at all obvious, when you get that message and try and click on buy new licence it doesnt work.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I had to call and get help, very helpful chap called Ian from BT sent me this which worked a treat. &amp;nbsp;have to say though - not at all obvious!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="line-height: 15px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Log in with the account you wish to associate the account to (xxxxxxx&lt;A href="mailto:metametrics@btconnect.com" target="_blank"&gt;@btconnect.com&lt;/A&gt;)&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Click the Manage services page.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;In the top right hand side there will be a box with “Products Purchased” heading and in there there’s a link “View full product details and upgrade options”. Click that link.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;This will take you to a “Products you Own” page. At the bottom of this click “Upgrade to Internet Business Pack” link.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;This will take you into the ordering system. Select “I want to buy a new Online business tool (without Broadband or Broadband Advanced)”&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;This will take you further into the process, Select the Email drop down and pick whichever MO365 package you require. Select Next at the bottom of the page.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;You will confirm the terms and conditions and your details from this point. Follow the Next button to the end of the order.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;This will then populate the package onto the correct account.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I went to add a new email user but this message came up.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You don’t appear to have enough enabled licenses to create a mailbox. If you have recently ordered a license then please wait a little while for this to be enabled and then try again.If you know that you have not purchased enough extra licenses then please buy a new license, or delete an existing mailbox, to re-use its license.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How do I buy a new license?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Cheers&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
