I have lost all my e mails and much current business . I rang for help and was informed by recorded message that there was a broadband issue in my area (Shropshire) and that when it was fixed I may have to reboot and also switch the hub on and off again . On my return to my office on Thursday I tried that. No joy,! I then went into my e mails via the web and I can see and read by this method my e mails but of course that has no contacts and I am left with no PC office 365 platform . I can't even find who to ring ! Help please I need my workplace and e mails back .
