smtp;550 relay not permitted

We recently had an additional broadband service installed from BT as a backup to our Demon service. All was working fine but have since made the BT service the primary and now getting

smtp;550 relay not permitted

We run an exchange server, is there something at the BT end needing setup to alloow this?

Hi Kelvin

We would need to start Mail Relay for you, essentially opening a pinhole in BT's firewall to allow you to send.

The best way to do this is to contact us
